I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2008, and since then, my journey has been one of constant growth and evolution. After helping build two successful clinics in Essex I returned home to Bristol to establish Kasa Chiropractic with Matt. Along the way, I also met my wonderful wife, and together we now have three beautiful children.
Today, my focus lies in the Zone Technique, a powerful approach that aligns and balances the body’s systems for optimal health. My dedication to mastering this method has taken me on multiple trips to America, deepening my understanding and enabling me to achieve even better results for my patients. The more I study and refine my skills, the more lives I see transformed—and that fuels my passion to keep learning.
At Kasa Chiropractic, I’m committed to not just alleviating pain but helping my patients discover the incredible potential their bodies hold. Whether it’s finding relief, restoring function, or simply feeling your best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I look forward to welcoming you to our vibrant clinic and supporting you on your journey to better health and wellbeing.

I first discovered Chiropractic whilst doing work experience at Wimbledon and Oxford United Football clubs. Any players with complicated or repetitive problems would often be sent to the local chiropractor. From there, I fell in love with the profession and knew it was for me. I successfully graduated with a degree in Chiropractic from Glamorgan University in 2003 and haven’t looked back since.
Having spent the last 9 years building thriving clinics in Essex, my passion for Chiropractic only grew stronger. During this period I enrolled in many professional development courses such as Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Acupuncture and Kinesiotaping. With my new and varied skill set, I established Kasa Chiropractic in October 2012 alongside my good friend and colleague Charles Herbert. Our aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone that comes to see us in Bristol and in the process help those that are under the care of our sister charity, Cherish Uganda.
It is my passion to ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience not only top class Chiropractic care, but also outstanding customer service with a whole lot of fun.

My journey into Chiropractic began not as a practitioner, but as a patient. After sustaining a football-related injury, it was Chiropractic care which not only facilitated my recovery, but also significantly improved my overall well-being. Inspired by my own experience, I made the decision to leave my job and pursue a career where I could help others achieve the same benefits. I enrolled at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, where I earned my degree and began my mission to promote well-being and empower others on their journey to better health.
Since graduating, my passion for Chiropractic has only grown stronger as I’ve witnessed the profound impact it has on people’s well-being. With a deep commitment to helping others achieve optimal health, I’ve dedicated myself to continually expanding my knowledge and skills. Therefore, I have undertaken various professional development courses, including specialised training in Chiropractic care and pregnancy, to ensure I can provide the best possible care for all my patients.
My goal is to improve my patients’ symptoms, while working closely with them to achieve their specific health goals, by providing personalised care that not only addresses their immediate concerns, but also promotes long-term wellness. By focusing on each individual’s unique needs, I aim to empower individuals to lead active, healthy lives and support them on their journey to optimal well-being, regardless of their stage in life.

I was first exposed to chiropractic through my mum and the amazing results that she got from seeing a local chiropractor. She has struggled with her health for years and seeing all of the health benefits that she got really sparked an interest in me and inspired me to become a Chiropractor.
I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Distinction in a Master of Chiropractic degree, and have been developing my skills further ever since. I have treated a variety of people and been privileged to see some of their amazing results and what Chiropractic has helped them achieve. Be that getting back to a sport they love, improving their performance, lifting their kids/grandkids or simply improving posture. Whatever it is you want to achieve I am here to help you along the way.
Outside of work I am an avid gig rower and sportsperson, in which I have experienced firsthand the benefits of chiropractic. How it keeps me functioning at my best, so I can reach my true potential and reduce the chance of injury.
If you are in pain or just don’t feel you are reaching your full potential, then please get in touch. I cannot wait to meet you and help you reach your health goals.

My name is Wesam, and I’m a former professional runner who spent years competing on the international stage, including twice at the World Championships. After retiring from competition two years ago, I dedicated my career to helping others achieve their best performance and recover from injuries with the same care and expertise I valued as an athlete.
I’ve worked extensively with professional teams and elite athletes as a sports massage therapist and sports rehabilitation therapist. I hold a BSc in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage, I’m qualified in acupuncture and dry needling, and I have Level 5 in Sports Massage and Cupping Therapy. Currently, I work as a sports physio with Stockwood Wanderers Football Club, leading their rehabilitation and strength & conditioning programs. I specialise in sports and running-related injuries, including Achilles tendinitis, iliotibial band syndrome, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and muscle strain injuries.
Drawing on both my academic background and my own journey as an athlete, I design tailored treatments that address not just the symptoms but the root causes of injury. I work with a wide range of issues — from back, shoulder, knee, and ankle problems to complete rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs.
Sports massage was a cornerstone of my own running career, keeping me injury-free and at peak performance. Now, I’m passionate about using the same methods and insights to help others recover faster, perform better, and stay stronger for longer.

Hey there, I’m Kerry, your go-to massage therapist at Kasa Clifton. With a background in Model Making, I stumbled upon the world of Sports Massage after a personal injury. Always fuelled by a passion for helping others, I found the perfect fusion of my interests in anatomy and well-being.
A proud graduate of the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in 2021, armed with a Level 5 Remedial and Sports Massage Diploma, I kicked off my own business for two rewarding years. This journey solidified my knowledge and passion, but it wasn’t until 2023 when I joined the Kasa team that I truly discovered a sense of family in my professional pursuits.
Specialising in Sports Massage Therapy, I also hold a certificate in Myofascial Release for Migraines, Tinnitus, and TMJ issues. These gentle techniques create space in the cranium, promoting structural balance and relief.
Beyond the technicalities, I bring a compassionate insight to my practice, having navigated health conditions both personally and as a caregiver. I’m here to meet you wherever your body is, working within your pain boundaries to help you feel better.
After your massage, let’s chat about tiny tweaks to your daily routine. I’ve found that the simplest changes in posture and movement can make a world of difference. Consider me your wellness ally, here to make your journey to feeling great a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Thrilled to welcome you into a world where you not only relax but truly thrive in well-being, making your journey to feeling great our shared adventure.

I am a sports massage therapist, bodyworker, and yoga teacher with a lifelong passion for healing and movement. My journey into bodywork began early—growing up with two parents trained in massage, I was introduced to the practice as soon as I had the dexterity to learn. Later, while studying theatre design and pursuing dance, I discovered that my deep interest in anatomy and my desire to help people far outweighed my interest in the arts, leading me to a career devoted to easing pain and supporting wellbeing.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions and
working with diverse clients. I’ve trained in multiple techniques, attended numerous
workshops, and continue to expand my knowledge of anatomy, movement, and physical
therapies. My approach combines strong technical skills with a holistic perspective, ensuring patients receive both effective results and a relaxing, restorative experience.
Compassion and authenticity are at the heart of my work. I love building genuine
connections with clients and tailoring treatments to their unique needs—whether that means addressing chronic pain, supporting recovery, or offering a deeply grounding massage.
As both a practitioner and dedicated yogi, I strive to stay present, focused, and committed to the health and growth of every individual I work with.

My journey into massage therapy began through personal experience. After years of managing on-and-off lower back pain while juggling a demanding career as a science and natural history documentary producer, I discovered the profound healing power of massage. Inspired by the transformation it brought to my own body and mind, I turned my passion for science and wellbeing into a way to help others heal.
I trained at the prestigious SMCE (Sports & Massage Courses Europe) in Tenerife, where I was fortunate to begin my career working at a sports training centre with some of the top athletes in the Canary Islands. Since returning to the UK, I’ve continued to deepen my skills with training in Advanced Remedial Massage, Lower Back Pain Clinic Diploma (London School of Natural Therapies), Myofascial Cupping & Deep Tissue (Cotswold Academy), Sports Massage (London School of Massage).
Having worked in holistic massage studios, sports training centres, and remedial clinics, my approach blends a strong foundation in scientific and clinical knowledge with intuitive, hands-on holistic care.
I work with a wide range of clients—from professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts to desk workers, busy parents, retirees, and anyone simply in need of deep rest and recovery. I use a variety of techniques to tailor each session to what your body and mind need most—whether that’s easing chronic pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or simply letting go of tension and stress.
Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to support you on your journey toward feeling better—let’s begin your path to recovery together.
