Coming from a history of dough kneading, I was drawn away by the hunger to understand the intricacies of the human body. Brought up in a large, loving family and having a mother starting a degree in nursing my eyes were opened to the caring profession. Following attending a Chiropractor for a recent rugby injury, I enrolled at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic to begin my journey.

Graduating in 2008, I moved to Essex where, over 4 years, I successfully built two patient bases for what is now one of the largest Chiropractic centres in the UK. During this time I not only perfected my Chiropractic technique and dealings with common back problems but also developed a passion for rehabilitation.

Moving back to my hometown, I started Kasa Chiropractic with my former colleague and business partner Matt. Through this centre, I aim to continue to learn and grow, pass on my knowledge to new graduates and our growing team and also explore a new philanthropic edge though our link with Cherish Uganda.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you to not only alleviate your symptoms but to open your eyes to the other benefits of Chiropractic care, all whilst achieving a higher level of wellbeing.

I first discovered Chiropractic whilst doing work experience at Wimbledon and Oxford United Football clubs. Any players with complicated or repetitive problems would often be sent to the local chiropractor. From there, I fell in love with the profession and knew it was for me. I successfully graduated with a degree in Chiropractic from Glamorgan University in 2003 and haven’t looked back since.

Having spent the last 9 years building thriving clinics in Essex, my passion for Chiropractic only grew stronger. During this period I enrolled in many professional development courses such as Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Acupuncture and Kinesiotaping. With my new and varied skill set, I established Kasa Chiropractic in October 2012 alongside my good friend and colleague Charles Herbert. Our aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone that comes to see us in Bristol and in the process help those that are under the care of our sister charity, Cherish Uganda.

It is my passion to ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience not only top class Chiropractic care, but also outstanding customer service with a whole lot of fun.

Prior to completing my first degree I worked as a gym instructor and lifeguard where I found a passion for the human body and performance.

Whilst completing my first degree in Sport and Exercise Science the lesions I enjoyed the most were about anatomy and physiology and how the body worked. From there I decided to do a qualification in Sports Massage and become a manual therapist.

I stared out working alongside Chiropractors as the in-house massage therapist, like we have here, and performed all the massage, kinesiology taping and rehabilitation. However, I was so intrigued by what the Chiropractors where doing that I decided to go back to university for another 4 years to do further training to become a Chiropractor myself.

I graduated from the University of South Wales with a distinction in Chiropractic and have been working at Kasa Chiropractic ever since. Whilst helping people with their back problems I am passionate about educating them on how to better look after themselves in their day to day life.

Outside of work I spend my time in the gym, improving my knowledge or outside with friends, presuming the weather is good. When the weather is bad I will meet up with friends online and play some video or board games.

Having grown up in the idyllic countryside around Bristol, I knew that I wanted to get involved with helping people. Being a hands-on person lead me into the world of healthcare. I started out my training in the NHS as a Physiotherapist in Coventry, but after becoming disillusioned with the “get out of pain and go home” style of treating patients I moved into Chiropractic, which further suited my skill-set and philosophies. My special interests lie with shoulders, having suffered myself from the odd twinge. I combine my experience with up to date techniques to give you the best chance of recovery. My style of practise reflects my high energy and infectious positivity – You can be sure i’ll be there alongside you every step of the way on your journey with us.

On my days off you can expect to find me surfing the picturesque beaches of the South West or tantalising my taste-buds making weird and wonderful cocktails from my past life as a bartender! I’m always up for trying something new and really dislike being stuck inside on a rainy day. I am a keen football enthusiast and being a Liverpool supporter, I am hoping this season will deliver!

I consider myself fortunate to be part of the team here at Kasa Chiropractic who I know will help me perfect the art of Chiropractic. I can’t wait to meet you to see how we can help you enjoy your life to the max!

I am incredibly excited to be starting my next chapter with this energetic, friendly and committed team at Kasa Chiropractic and I cannot wait to meet you, share your journey and help to exceed your well-being expectations.

I got my Masters of Chiropractic in Sydney, Australia and I have been practicing since 2007, first in Australia for 10 years and then in the UK from 2018. While practicing in Australia I also got my certifications in Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-emotional Technique and became an accredited Doula, as I was in a family practice working with mainly women and children.

What drew me to Chiropractic as a health profession was the principle that our body is more than just a sum of its parts. It is a whole, completely self-healing, self-regulating system, and when we have external interference to that system, our body cannot work the way that it was designed to. This leads us to all sorts of symptoms and health concerns over time. I am continually energised and inspired by the results people see with Chiropractic and what a clear nervous system is truly capable of.

I believe the world is a better place when we all get to be the best version of ourselves, and Chiropractic allows our bodies to return to normal and embrace that state more often. I have never met anyone who couldn’t benefit in some way from what Chiropractic can do.

Having been a racing cyclist for over a decade I first came into world of Chiropractic after being seriously injured whilst out training. It was getting to a point where I might have had to stop, but Chiropractic worked miracles and got me back to being my bests and competing again. Then I knew being a Chiropractor was for me.

As a McTimoney Chiropractor I’m trained in tradition adjusting skills as well as the more specialised McTimoney technique. I’ve enjoyed the vast array of different patients I see – my skill set allows me to treat everything from sports injuries to the problems associated with degenerative changes as well as paediatrics.

I really feel Chiropractic changed my life at a time where I was about to give up, and in the time I’ve been practicing I’ve seen the miracles that can happen with my patients too.
