Should I see a chiropractor?
If you’re experiencing neck pain, back pain, headaches , or any general stiffness or injury in your neck or back, it’s usually a good idea to see a chiropractor! We’re proud to offer a range of chiropractic services at our Clifton clinic, designed to relieve you from pain and get you back to living life to the full.
You don’t need to be experiencing chronic pain to see a chiropractor either; if your job requires you to sit for long periods of time, if you’re very active, or if you simply want to improve your health, chiropractic treatment could help.
Our chiropractic services
We have a range of services available at our Clifton chiropractic clinic. At your first appointment, we’ll ask you some specific questions to build up a detailed picture of your symptoms and overall health. We’ll then start to build a treatment plan to take you from pain and restricted movements back to health and mobility.
Meet our clifton team
Director / Chiropractor
I first discovered Chiropractic whilst doing work experience at Wimbledon and Oxford United Football clubs. Any players with complicated or repetitive problems would often be sent to the local chiropractor. From there, I fell in love with the profession and knew it was for me. I successfully graduated with a degree in Chiropractic from Glamorgan University in 2003 and haven’t looked back since.
Having spent the last 9 years building thriving clinics in Essex, my passion for Chiropractic only grew stronger. During this period I enrolled in many professional development courses such as Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Acupuncture and Kinesiotaping. With my new and varied skill set, I established The Chiropractic Centre: Bristol in October 2012 alongside my good friend and colleague Charles Herbert. Our aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone that comes to see us in Bristol and in the process help those that are under the care of our sister charity, Cherish Uganda.
It is my passion to ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience not only top class Chiropractic care, but also outstanding customer service with a whole lot of fun.
Having grown up in the idyllic countryside around Bristol, I knew that I wanted to get involved with helping people. Being a hands-on person lead me into the world of healthcare. I started out my training in the NHS as a Physiotherapist in Coventry, but after becoming disillusioned with the “get out of pain and go home” style of treating patients I moved into Chiropractic, which further suited my skill-set and philosophies. My special interests lie with shoulders, having suffered myself from the odd twinge. I combine my experience with up to date techniques to give you the best chance of recovery. My style of practise reflects my high energy and infectious positivity – You can be sure i’ll be there alongside you every step of the way on your journey with us.
On my days off you can expect to find me surfing the picturesque beaches of the South West or tantalising my taste-buds making weird and wonderful cocktails from my past life as a bartender! I’m always up for trying something new and really dislike being stuck inside on a rainy day. I am a keen football enthusiast and being a Liverpool supporter, I am hoping this season will deliver!
I consider myself fortunate to be part of the team here at The Chiropractic Centre who I know will help me perfect the art of Chiropractic. I can’t wait to meet you to see how we can help you enjoy your life to the max!
I am incredibly excited to be starting my next chapter with this energetic, friendly and committed team at The Chiropractic Centre and I cannot wait to meet you, share your journey and help to exceed your well-being expectations.
Growing up in the French Alps, sport was a major part of life. Performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation naturally became interests. This lead me to investigate the different approaches of the many manual therapy professions.
After shadowing my first Chiropractic session and seeing the holistic approach to the patient’s problems I was hooked. I enrolled into the Welsh institute of Chiropractic. During my time there I also became qualified in dry needling and graduated in 2020 amidst a global pandemic which underlined the importance of taking care of your health.
On my days off I am usually running around playing lacrosse, flying my drone or skiing down the slopes (when the weather allows).
I am excited to start this new chapter of professional and personal development with The Chiropractic Centre : Bristol. I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on your journey to greater spine health and wellbeing.
