What to expect
We’re always upfront, always honest. Here are the steps we take to find out exactly what’s causing your symptoms - and what we can do to get you back to your best.
1. Your first time
At our first appointment together, we’ll listen to you and ask some specific questions about your symptoms. We’ll be keen to know your past medical history too, just so we can build up a complete picture.
2. The full Chiropractic examination
We’ll examine you from top to toe. We’ll look closely at your spine, joints, nerves and muscles. So that we can see exactly what’s going on and get to the root cause of your symptoms.
We might take a few X-rays too, if we think they’ll help. (We have our own state-of-the-art digital X-ray equipment in our clinics.)
3. Simple steps to make you more comfortable
After your examination, we’ll give you some practical tips to help you feel more comfortable.
4. All is explained – always
At your next appointment, we’ll tell you what we’ve found and go through the X-rays (if we took any). Once we’ve explained everything, and you’re happy, we’ll tell you what we can do to help you, how many sessions you’ll need, and what it’s going to cost.
5. Starting your treatment plan
We’ll put our expertise into action, using specific ( gentle) Chiropractic adjustments to get you from pain and restricted movements back to health and mobility.
6. Monitoring your improvements, maintaining your progress
We see your health as a continuous journey. So we’ll regularly reassess you and report back on how well you’re doing – and what else we can do to get you where you want to be. And when you’re back on track, we offer ongoing wellbeing care – to help keep the pain away and make sure you’re at the tip top of your game.
