Tim J's story
I have always been a hiker and at 65 I was regularly completing walks of 10 miles or more. Then one day I felt pain in my right leg and just about hobbled home. My mobility was curtailed and I began to prepare for senility. But my brother in law recommended chiropractic and I decided to give it a go. I attended Kasa and was assessed by Charles Herbert. I immediately liked what I saw there. It was friendly and welcoming and what Charlie told me made sense. I have been attending ever since and slowly but surely I am getting my walking legs back.
Strangely I am noticing other benefits; an increased sharpness and vitality and a more positive outlook to life. I will continue to go because it is helping not only through the chiropractic adjustments but in the exercises I do and the advice I have been given. From Charlie I have learnt how to sit, to sleep, to hold myself and where the best places are for eating out in Bristol!
