I can now work, sleep and carry on my normal life despite the headaches!
I had been getting very bad headaches that would last for 3–4 days and stopped me from working, sleeping and generally doing anything!! Mum suggested that I come to see Matthew as he had helped her and my sister so much. After a very thorough consultation Matt took an x-ray and was able to put together a program of treatments and exercises for me. After a few weeks of intensive visits I am now down to a fortnightly visits to Matt.
My headaches, although not gone entirely, are so much better. I can now work, sleep and carry on my normal life despite the headaches. I also see Anna once a month for a massage, which compliments what Matt does for me.
I cannot recommend them highly enough – thank you so much for what you have done for me.
