At 22 having suffered severe and unrelenting back pain, having spent over £1000 on physio, sports massage and other alternative therapy's and after getting no help what so ever apart from an addiction to codamol Id never felt so helpless. Being a fit and healthy young adult with a very active participation in sport I was faced with having to give it all up due to my back problems, which i had no idea what the problem was.
Chiropractor treatment was in my mind my last chance after trying everything else and finding the chiropractic centre bristol was one of the best thing ive ever done.
Anwen Carter was so understanding, so genuinely empathetic that I was so overwhelmed when she gave me an x-ray (within the groupon deal i might add) and for the 1st time found out what was wrong and she gave me hope that I wouldn't live with this pain forever.
She set me a therapy program and throughout time i got to a stage where i could start pursuing my dream of racing bikes and just generally got me.to a point that i could live my life as a happier person.
The girls on reception Are so helpful and lovely, just such a humble and healing place all round.
The massage therapists Are also amazing.
I hold Anwen Carter in such High regard i can not thank her enough for all shes done.
I have unfortunatly moved out of bristol but i will certainly be back.
