Lower Back Pain
Kasa has brought me to a place that I thought I would never reach again..I was in a lot of pain. How different now!!! No regrets, it has always been such an enjoyable time THAT is therapy in itself. Friendship, warmth and brightness of personality are found here.
A memory for me that was so encouraging was in April 2021 when I was chosen as patient of the week! - - - - photographs and a mug in regular use!!
I can share in the highest terms of Kasa... It has brought me to a place that I thought I would never reach again. I shall soon be 85, so I realised that my age could obviously make a big difference to my progress, but the spinal adjustments and soft tissue therapy have worked wonders for me. The X-ray I had, revealed a scoliosis of lower spine and I knew I needed a hip replacement,(operation... Nov.2021.). I had treatment and was given exercises to prepare for that
I was in a lot of pain and reflected recently that the early times of attending appts, I struggled with the stairs..... How different now!!!
My daughter has been a patient for a number of years and can speak of so much success, so I decided to follow suit!! No regrets, and it has always been such an enjoyable time.. THAT is therapy in itself. Friendship, warmth and brightness of personality are found here. That is a flag that can be flown high above their obvious abilities to use their gifting....
I can actually wear trainers again.....tying the laces, bend down touching the floor, wear heels again (twice, for specials!) and kneel down without wondering what else to do whilst I am down!!!
At Kasa one is an individual, not a mechanism, and that is of great value in 2023.
