Sciatica
I was suffering extremely severe back pain/sciatica which meant I could hardly walk, bend over or lie down to sleep at night....I booked into see Charlie and with sessions over the next few months everything improved and I could also get back on the golf course!

In the summer of 2019 (aged 68) I was suffering extremely severe back pain/sciatica which meant I could hardly walk, bend over or lie down to sleep at night – the pain was 10/10. Following GP visits and an MRI scan I was prescribed extra strong painkillers and told it may require surgery.
After getting exhausted with both the medication side effects and no return to fitness I searched for options and decided to book a consultation with Charlie. He carried out a thorough professional examination, x-rays and proposed a programme of treatment. With close sessions over the next few months everything improved and I could also get back on the golf course!
Currently I visit every 2 weeks which keeps me functioning as normal. Thank you!
