Joe H 's story
Back pain
Being a gardener, walker, cyclist and generally active person I had come to assume that back spasms were an occupational hazard. Take strong painkillers, stagger around for a few days until the worst was past then back to activity. All that changed last year, the one I dub, 'the year of the Trapped Nerve.'
Although I was unaware of it, too many years of bad posture were causing compression at the base of my spine. This was impacting nerves leading to numbness and then in February a massive spasm that did not clear for many weeks. Then it came back late Spring and I was beginning to think the active part of my life was over.
Has it worked? Yes and yes again. Back pain does happen still, but every day I perform the exercises and the relief is immediate. I will never go back to full mobility at the base of my spine, but that was made clear to me at the outset. But I now have tools to prevent spasms becoming crippling and the knowledge that should things get out of hand, I can return to Kasa for expert help to restore me to the garden, the hilltops and the long-distance cycle path.
Thank you Kasa.
