Graham 's story
Lower Back Pain
A few years ago I experienced some severe back pain following a climbing competition. I was in agony and could barely walk. After researching online, I came across Kasa and from the outset it just 'felt right'.
I was seen and warmly welcomed that day. Charlie did his assessment and after a thorough analysis, showed me that I had a compressed disc. I was shocked and worried but Charlie helped me understand how I could be treated and return to my normal active lifestyle.
Since being a member, I have recommended a number of friends and colleagues. Not only because all the chiropractors are highly trained and skilled but because I want them to get the same decent experience at no extra cost.
It's not just the excellent treatment that stands out. The team are so polite, friendly and always happy to help (and actually happy!). The smaller things also make me feel welcomed and at ease: the fruit/sweets bowl, a birthday card with attention to detail, and the most impressive thing, the charity donations.
I have been having regularly adjustment for over 2 years and it keeps me relatively pain free and able to manage my condition.
Charlie himself always has a positive outlook on life and a big smile on his face. He listens and encourages whilst keeping you in a relaxed state as he adjusts your spine. I would consider him not only a great
chiropractor, but also a good friend! Thanks mate
