It's not just the excellent treatment that stands out. The team are so polite, friendly and always happy to help. The smaller things make me feel welcomed and at ease: the fruit bowl (and sweets bowl), hot drinks, and even a birthday card with attention to detail on something I once mentioned!
Many years ago I experienced some severe back pain which came out of the blue, following a climbing competition. I was in agony and could barely walk. After some online research, I came across Kasa by sheer fluke but something from the outset just 'felt right'.
I was booked in within a day and upon arrival I was warmly welcomed (despite not being particularly mobile). Charlie did his assessment and after a thorough and detailed analysis (also involving Matt) he showed me that I had a compressed disc in my lower spine. I was shocked and worried, but Charlie gave me advice and helped me to understand how I could be treated and return to my normal, highly active lifestyle. I have since changed to Matt who is equally as good and we’ve now been working together for many many years.
Prior to my wedding (the day before) I also put my back out hauling a washing machine up the stairs. As usual, Charlie was on hand to get me upright and ready for the big day!!
Since being a regular at the Chiropractic Centre, I have recommended a number of friends and colleagues, not only because all the chiropractors are highly trained and skilled, but because I want them to get a decent experience at no extra cost.

But it's these extra things which make a difference - the main and most impressive thing is the charity donations.
I have been having regularly manipulations for over 7years and it keeps me relatively pain free and able to manage my condition.
Matt always has a positive outlook on life and a big smile on his face. He listens and encourages whilst keeping you in a relaxed state whilst he manipulates your spine. I would consider him not only a great chiropractor, but also a good friend! Thanks mate!
